Theresa, who also owns Water Street Seafood here in      Havre de Grace, felt there was a need for a little gift store where her girlfriends could buy unique gifts for their girlfriends, moms, sisters, aunts, bosses, or whoever they want to buy a gift for. As a way to keep herself out of Shoppers Anonymous , she decided to open a French inspired gift store in our little French named town where she could scour the trade shows finding great products at unbeatable prices to share with all the other women in her town.
